The CMD-3D features continuous operation for high production capacities. It is a rugged and heavy duty dicer with a large product drum, capable of handling large blocks of meat, eliminating the need to pre-cut product.

CMD-3D has a superior cut quality. The product is not forced through the cutting mechanism, but cut with fast rotating knife spindles, resulting in an excellent cut quality with very few fines. Depending on the product application, the CMD-3D is capable of processing product down to -16 degrees C, which results in a non-sticky cut product. Your machine can be fed large blocks, of up to 280 x 220 x 150 mm in size.  With all stainless steel construction and sanitary design, you can quickly and easily clean down your machine or change between cut sizes. CMD-3D has a powerful 11kw heavy duty motor.
