Depositors & Fillers

A Depositor portions dough, fillings, and batters onto stationary or moving factory lines. Depositing equipment can be used for soft doughs to make dropped products like cookies. Guillotines can be used to slice hard dough as it is extruded.

Filling machines are used for filling containers such as bottles or pouches with a product and is commonly used in the food industry.  Filling products can be tablets/capsules, granules, powders, pastes and liquids.  Containers would travel along a production line and be automatically filled by filling machinery to set levels.

Example products would include cake mix, pie fillings, sandwich fillings, pate, coleslaw, ready meals, soup, marinades and dressings, sauces, peanut butter, honey, jam, pickles and relish.
