Forming, Coating & Frying
The forming, coating and frying of food products are a mainstay of the food processing industry with many types of products requiring mass processing with industrial food machinery.
Formers would be used to physically form a product on a production line, Coating/enrobers/tumblers for covering or coating the product, for example, flour, batter or spices. Fryers would be used to finally fry the formed and coated product.
Example products would be, burgers, chicken nuggets, breaded chicken breasts / chicken kievs, pakoras and falafel.
