GEA / CFS OptiFlour applies coatings ranging from a thin pre-dust to seeded flour types and light to medium crumbs. It is optimsed to deliver more output and longer production runs.
The Optiflour is simple to operate, flexible and easy to clean. An adjustable scraper bar prevents contamination sticking to the belt.
Lump removal system helps to remove lumps and other contaminants.
Other features include a dust-free flour applicator for a wide range of coatings, dust-free operations for a cleaner working environment, and patented flour divider for accurate pick-up control.
GEA / CFS OptiAir puts an end to the flour inconveniences such as blocked blower pipes and cleaning the room after production.
