Bastra cooking kettles are used to cook and simmer, and for simmering, scalding, blanching, heating up, melting fat, soups, sauces, veg, meat, puddings, sausages, cooked meats, hams, etc.

External dimensions: length 1,710mm x width 1,255mm (not including from front face handle + 75mm, Valve +150mm), height 1,010mm to top of lid (120mm legs may be removeable).

Internal kettle dimensions: 1,500mm x 800mm (75approx. radius corners) x 430mm.
