FISH GLAZING AND GRADING LINE

Line comprises of:

  • Syspal uplift conveyor.
  • Glazer / glazing rig.
  • Marel Scanvaegt 7100 Grader – 12 station, 6 knock-off flipper arms per side.

This is a complete line for feeding frozen fish, frozen fish fillets and frozen fish steak and fish pieces; or for shellfish, scallops and prawns from a low level via a Syspal uplift conveyor which feeds onto a glazer / glazing rig to add water glaze to add yield, increase weight and maintain product quality.  The glazer has 2 glazing sections and has top and bottom spray bars with a water / iced water tank below and micro filter.  The glazed products then go on to the Marel Scanvaegt grader for weight grading and sorting into the required weights or counts per kilo as required.
