Magurit 555 Guillotine

THE UNICUT 555 currently is the most flexible frozen block cutter available worldwide, combining precise guillotine cutting action with the block feeding and down-holding system.

Furthermore, this machine type can, with just a few parts, be changed from a block cutter into a plate cutter, enabling the machine to be used as a dicer for frozen products - often used in the meat and fish industry (temperature limitation -12°C.)

The UNICUT 555 can be used as a pre-breaker for further processing in bowl-cutters, grinders, mixers or cookers, but also to cut products into cubes and strips, and it is a suitable guillotine cutter for all products that do not slide on stainless steel, like a lot of dairy and confectionery raw materials.
