A conveyor belt submerges the product by an adjustable top hold down conveyor to ensure they are completely dipped in tempura or batter. The conveyor belt speed can be manually adjusted.

Handles wide range of product types and sizes and batter consistencies. Ensures even coverage and efficient tempura usage. Allows direct transfer of product into the fryer. Simple design and easily maintained.

Electrical control box with push buttons. Adjustment from the outside of the machine.

Attached outfeed conveyor is independently controlled from the transport drive for easily arranging product grouping on the line.
