Skaginn 3X Fish Frame Mincing Line

Baader Skaggin 3X Fish Mince from frames, trim or heads line.

Baader now own Skaginn 3X bringing two leading fish machinery manufacturers together.

Skaginn 3X are well known for fish mince lines with the input being fish frames or fish heads and trim.

This line consists of:

• 1 x 4 person / 4 station inspection line.
• 2 x washing drum for fish before mincer. Trommel screen / rotary screen.
• 1 x straight conveyor to feed from washing drum to long straight conveyor.
• 1 x long straight conveyor.
• 1 x straight conveyor.
• 1 x uplift conveyor.
• THE MINCER / SEPARATOR WOULD GO HERE – WE CAN HELP YOU SOURCE ONE IF YOU DON’T HAVE ONE ALREADY - see below for information.
• 1 x washing drum from mince. Washes off any blood or debris from the fish mince. Trommel screen / rotary screen.
• 1 x mince press – this is a dewatering press and ensures all mince leaves with an even amount of water. Percentage of water is adjustable.
• 1 x straight uplift conveyor from dewatering press to mince packing machine.
• 1 x mince packing machine / mince packing press.  Delivers portions automatically and is easily adjusted.
